Chairman's Message

Immensely privileged on being informed about the International Conference on Business Management and Humanities(ICBMH-2021), scheduled on 20th Feb 2021. This is a crucial period under the threat of the COVID pandemic and we expect many changes, after this period of darkness. These changes shall be due to the changing sphere of economic and lifestyle transformation. The magnitude of demand and supply of manpower and their influential factors of motivation may take a different direction after this period of the COVID pandemic. Here emerges the dire need of evolving new and suitable strategies to suit the harmony of human resources management. I predict it would be rather a challenge for the Human resource management of tomorrow.

I hope, the outcome of the scheduled seminar shall act as a pathfinder and evolve many tools to be used for effective Human resource management.

Prof. Dr. Lryna Sekret

Iryna SEKRET | Professor (Full) | Prof. Dr. ELT Educational Psychology Education Studies | Bolu Abant Izzet Baysal University, Bolu | Department of Translation and Interpreting
Professor in Education Sciences.

Ph.D. in Educational Psychology, Ph.D. in Education Studies, Professor in Education Sciences. She has been teaching in a number of universities of Ukraine and Turkey, occupying different academic and administrative positions. Currently, she is the Chair of the Board of “StartinForum International” for the international project management inb the fields of research and education, the Committee Chair of IATELS, International Association for Technologies, Education and Language Studies. Prof. Dr. Iryna Sekret leads and participates in a number of the international research and educational projects on Foreign Language Education, ICT in Education, MOOCs for different educational purposes. Among her research interests is business management, social psychology and social skills training, e-learning pedagogy, foreign language education, psychological processes of learning.


Prof. Dr. Shereen Nassar

Director of MSc Logistics and Supply Chain Management programs. She has completed her doctorate degree at Bath University in 2012, on the impact of advanced tracking technology such as radio frequency identification (RFID) in attaining sustainable supply chain competitive advantage.Before joining Heriot-Watt, she had two years of experience in a UAE higher education institution in which she was the director of both postgraduate and undergraduate programmes in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. In 2014, Dr Nassar was invited as a visiting scholar at the Logistics Research Centre at Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh. For nearly two years after completing her PhD, she worked at several well-regarded Egyptian academic institutions as an assistant professor in operations and supply chain management.
